In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

"pk112" / "We" / "Us"

The online gaming platform operating at pk112.net and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services offered thereunder.

"Player" / "You"

Any individual who has registered a pk112 account or who accesses any part of the pk112 platform, whether or not a registered account is held.

"Account"

"Platform"

"Real Money Balance"

"Bonus Balance"

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to confirm a Player's eligibility, identity, and source of funds as mandated by applicable regulations.

"Terms"

Each Player may hold only one (1) active pk112 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the email address, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

pk112 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without being required to provide a reason. Account approvals are at pk112's sole discretion.

All deposits and withdrawals on pk112 are transacted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). pk112 does not impose currency conversion fees on Philippine Peso transactions.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 across all supported payment methods. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. pk112 accepts GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI via InstaPay, BDO via InstaPay, Metrobank via InstaPay, and QR Ph. pk112 does not accept cash deposits or transfers from unverified third-party accounts.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified accounts. pk112 targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for GCash withdrawals for verified accounts under standard operating conditions; actual processing times may vary during periods of high volume or scheduled maintenance. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though pk112 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches.

Anti-Money Laundering: In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, pk112 reserves the right to request documentation explaining the source of funds for any deposit, particularly where transaction volumes are unusually high or patterns of activity raise compliance concerns. pk112 is required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine financial intelligence authorities.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified pk112 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. pk112 is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages beyond pk112's control.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all pk112 promotions:

All games available on pk112 are governed by the rules of the respective game provider, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

pk112's games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer operations conducted by accredited providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles and are based on long-term statistical averages — they do not guarantee outcomes for individual sessions.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — pk112 will resolve the affected round in accordance with the game provider's technical policies. pk112 is not liable for losses resulting from equipment failure, internet connection issues on the player's side, or other circumstances outside pk112's direct control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk112 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or at any other time
• Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful means

Your continued use of the pk112 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure and withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance.

The date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last revised. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and pk112, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For game-related disputes specifically, pk112's decision regarding the outcome of any game round — based on pk112's server logs and the certified records of the relevant game provider — shall be final, binding, and conclusive in the absence of demonstrable technical error on pk112's part.
